Kesher Connection is the parent organization of CJDS. The primary goals of Kesher activities are to build school spirit and help enrich our children’s educational experience through fundraising for special projects requested by the school. In order to provide this service to the community, we must rely on the assistance of volunteers to get the job done.Volunteers at Kesher work on a variety of different projects.

The hot lunch program only works because of the many parent volunteers who serve lunches to our children. To ensure that we have adequate volunteers, we require families who participate in the hot lunch program to serve lunch at least twice per cycle. Lunch shifts are set well in advance so you can plan your schedule; a complete schedule of volunteers for the cycle is sent home before the cycle begins.
